Transit Connect

The contact owns a 2015 Ford Transit connect. While driving 2 mph, the rear passenger door swung open. The contact received a recall notification for NHTSA campaign number: 16V643000 (latches/locks/linkages). In addition, none of the doors would open or close. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures. The failure mileage was 8,000.
