Had electrical issues with the vehicle from day one, car would not lock or stay locked when you left it. Possessions were insecure. Headlights dimmed and flashed on coming traffic without command. Vehicle chugged and would seize on the highway causing a need to muscle to shoulder, Then would restart like nothing happened? The dealer HATCHETT GMC could not duplicate any issues. Drivers seat would move backwards 6 inches randomly while driving. Car would not shutdown after exit and locking, had to provide a video to GMC. Many more issues so it is hard to say what caused what. Driven sparingly due to safety issues.

I had to jump start my battery again. Cruise control is not working. Lost all presets. Transmission does not catch. I dropped my car off at the dealership and the car died cold again. They replaced the key fob (again) and car battery (again). Shift to park continues to appear. I continue to get messages for no remote detected. I have been locked out of my car and my car has not consistently automatically locked. Something continues to drain my battery and GMC does not know how to fix the problem. Now there's a class action lawsuit in Texas filed for the shift to park issue. How do I get a piece of that? I have videos of the problem.

Check engine light: code P3409, low power and jerking when accelerating, remote not detected. My battery was acting up (again). Over the course of 2 weeks I had those error codes and when I took it in to the dealership they could not read those codes, so they did nothing. Finally 2 weeks later I opened my car door in the 116 degree heat, got into it, shut the door, and not only would my car not start, but it locked me inside my car. I had seconds before passing out, and luckily it opened after randomly pushing multiple buttons frantically. They replaced the body control module. One month later, my car locked me inside again and this time I recorded it in a MP4 format. This time they reprogramed my fob. I now carry a tool in my car so I can bust out my window.

My car's battery was dead (again). Something is draining the battery. They do do not know how to fix the problem and I have been without a car for 3 weeks and counting. They are replacing the backordered error modules one at a time. It took 2.5 weeks to get the immobilizer control module delivered, and now the brake control module is on order. the instrument cluster module and HVAC module also have failed. I have called the GMC customer service line to see if they could order all of the modules at once so I don't have to wait for weeks. I have also asked them for a car rental after my 2 different car rentals are about to expire under my extended warranty. I have filed a complaint with the NHTSA since this is the 11th time I have had the car in the shop for the same problem of a dead or draining battery. I have had the shift to park issue that is noted in a Texas class action lawsuit.

on a trip out of town, car in a parking garage, dead battery. Called on star and road side assistance , provider took over and hour to show up. they got I'm the car but could not get it started. They sent out another provider and another hour wait who got it started . Had to take it to a dealership, the tow truck company provided address which was a GM dealer. They would not check it out because it's a GMC. Went to GMC they kept overnight. said nothing was wrong, so we picked it up. Next day it would not start again! it was on a Saturday, and you guessed it. only open until noon, so no one wanted to check it out. My daughter is a AAA member who she called, they came to the hotel and switched out the battery which I had to pay for. When I took the car to the dealership at home. it started with they were going to cancel the warranty on the car because the battery was not an AC Delco brand. They kept it for two days, found nothing wrong but did replace the battery.

Sorry left off that I'm handicapped, using a wheelchair. Overall it took six hours the first time it would not start, they another three hours the second day.
