Car does not go into drive, park, neutral & reverse ok. Have been experiencing the "Put into Park" issue several months. Hoping for recall on the park shift sensor. 12/02/2023 had gone out to pick up lunch and stopped to get gas. When I started to leave pulled gear shift back to Drive but it would not go all the way to Drive. So I placed back into Neutral then back to Drive and gave it a little gas but motor just revved up. So move shifter to Reverse and the car would move. I backed into parking space at gas station and called dealer Bellamy Strickland and of course their serviced dept is closed on Saturday.
Luckily I took out the extended warranty ( $2,700.00 which ends in 10 months) because of all electronics. Called for roadside assistance and waited for ( 2 1/2 hrs) two and half hours for to haul over to Bellamy Strickland that won't even look at it until Monday Dec. 04.
