Contacted GMC and had a return reply by cac@GMC.com apologizing for my dissatisfaction of having the upper and lower ball joints needed to be replace. That in my family we have 3 jimmy's and all of them different years, needing the same repair. This person said that I could log a complaint, in so, this is why I'm passing this on to this department. Also in logging on I've listed my VIN # with the 17 characters. The sight listed that I was giving an invalid # of less than 17 but, in fact I listed exactly the 17.
