Envoy SE V6

The car is now no longer under warranty and it's gotten extremely worse. Had a mechanic (not at a dealer) look at it and they said that the rack and pinion is going bad, the tie rods are going out and the torsion bar needs replaced. I had the rack and pinion replaced at just 24000 miles and I've been complaining about this issue for more than 20,000 miles of driving but they still haven't corrected the problem. Now I have to go through GM to find out how to get this fixed because this could cost more than $3,000 to repair and I still owe $8900 on it. I'm very familiar with Lemon Laws because I turned in a car before with massive electrical issues after having taken it in more than 6 times with problems. If the dealer does not repair the issue after 3 times it legally qualifies as a lemon.
