Envoy

  • 72,000 miles
The contact owns a 2004 GMC Envoy. The contact stated that the rear hatch opens by itself without warning. On June 3, 2008 the contact had the rear end gate controller, the lower end gate hatch accelerator and the left upper hatch accelerator repaired, and the failure had returned. The dealer stated that the parts had broken again. The contact feels this is a safety issue because items fall out of the vehicle on the highway when the hatch opens. The failure mileage 50 and the failure 72000.
