Envoy LX V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 125,000 miles

The master window control stopped working on my 2004Envoy called dealer where we bought it, Masters GMC in Augusta, GA. They said basically it was our problem. I asked about a rerecall??...No!!

We paid $400.00+ to have it replaced. Then my son-in-law, who drives a Isuzu 06 RCD, latter started having a problem with Master Window Control... I called dealer again to beg to be grandfathered in as the problem was identical in my Envoy...(I am still having electrical problems...the rear seat motors?? Every so often makes a "noise" that sounds like a motor running?) I spoke with Dennis Lamb who was so rude..and uninterested! I asked for manager...Phillip Towns, he refused to come to the phone...said No its not covered by Mfg...I again stated that it was identical problem as the 06 models, he said too bad!!

This vehicle is paid for and we have considered buying the Acadia...I will not continue to consider this as I am very upset at the lack of consideration. I am sure they will not do anything, but most of all I am disappointed in their arrogant attitude and lack of concern. Amazing how times have changed...its only $400.00 to keep a loyal customer satisfied...no one cares...

So, I am off to shop for the Volkswagen SUV

This is the third thing that has gone wrong with this vehicle. It is so frustrating to me to have a vehicle that I can't use the most important windows!
