First of all the dealership tried to beat around the bush and instead of fixing the problem, the manager said that I must have sprayed hair spray on my window while fixing my hair. I told him that I do not fix my hair in my automobile. I saved the work order and then in the winter time, the window would hardly go up. I took it back and then they admitted that it was the window motor. They said it would not be covered under warranty, until I showed them the previous work order and they fixed it.
