Sierra 1500 Z71 Kodiak SLE 5.3L

So, I have my GMC Sierra for a year now and went through all the BS that everyone else did.. 1. Poor Headlights 2. Confused Transmission. 3. 4X4 has no power 4. Sucky Sirius XM

Now guess what... I am backing out of my driveway on a 3 hour family weekend getaway. It just happened to rain all night and still sprinkling out. But that was not going to put a damper on our trip, right? Wrong, there is water running down the rear windshield of my truck. My girls in the back seat say" Dad, there is water in your truck". I reply that can't be honey, it must be outside the window. She says, "NO Dad" our seat is soaked...So, here we go again. This piece of sh*t truck now leaks inside and probably going to ruin our family weekend get away.

So, I slam the truck in park and get in the back myself, and guess what??? Full of water in the headliner and the back seat is drenched!!!! Not wanting to cancel our family trip, I run into the house and grab a bunch of towels and clean up the mess. The rain stopped and the girls sat on towels for our 3 hour trip.

Brought to the Dealership and they did fix the issue, but not one bit of an apology or anything after I explained the scenario..They ended up changing the Rear Cabin Third Brake Light and gasket assembly. They didn't clean the headliner of seats or anything. So, I did so myself when I got home.

Just hope there is not mold living in my $55000 Truck.

Once again, poor craftsmanship on GM's part and no sympathy at all.......

Poured down rain the day after I purchased the truck Went out to take to dealer for vibration issues only to find about a half inch of standing water on the drivers side floor, Water was under the protective mat and was a steady stream coming down from the inner cowl and running down behind the brake pedal . Entire carpet had to be removed and replaced. Vehicle was at dealership for 15 days.
