Driving across Canada I had an Overhead rattle for hours. Not loud but super annoying. Upon arrival back home opened the overhead glasses holder and looked up into the console, only to find a loose screw rolling and tapping in a small space. Truck had about 60k kms on it then.
My friends and I say it was a truck built on a Sunday. Or everyone was called in on a holiday to assemble it.
