problem #2

Sonoma LS V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 50,000 miles

The door handle was my biggest annoyance until I replaced it. One day (and the wind does get up to 40-50 mph here) wind caught driver side door and broke the upper hinge! Cost about $150 to repair.

Sonoma V6

This is the 4 or 5th time this third door handle has broken. Every other time it happened the Chevy house tells me, oh yes, we have plenty of these in stock because they break all the time. Now, if this is the case, why is this not a recall item? I have to pay for this now. Before,my warranty covered it. Any suggestions anyone?
