Well I have been in constant communication with gunn GMC and gunn collision department and my lawyer, usaa my insurance and Mrs. Treallis with a letter and fax and email at department of hhtsa. I am still trying to get a answer from this company and why I am I driving a car that is unfit and why am I responsible for all this damage. I was in a car accident on 10/25/99 and my car was totalled in the front. The head on collison didn't deploy my airbags and I was going about 45 mph and my daughter and I recieved head, neck, face and back injuries. The dash board came in on us and bruised up my daughter legs and knees severely and she still had on her volleyball knee pads. I wrote Mrs. Treallis asking back in October to check out my sensors on my car. I ask for the VIN number on the senses becsause I reported to GMC gunn dealership and my insurance that the airbags should have deployed and they didn't. then in April you have a recall on the airbags in the Yukon but not Suburban whats the difference nothing is different. You just don't want to admit that these messed up. Also I am not going to stop bugging you until I get the VIN numbers because I think the GMC collison department in sa replaces new cables and I want the orginial cable VIN numbers because if they did and something was wrong with them I awill be calling my lawyer. Also my car since the accident isn't still working right and the frame is still bent and my transmission went out and they made me pay for it even though if the frame is bent everything isn't going to work right. I want some answers some some of you higher up folks.

While traveling 30mph another vehicle pulled out in front. GMC "T" boned the vehicle. Upon impact, neither air bag deployed. Passenger was leaning forward at time & the seat belt had become slack. Passenger hit head on windshield. The driver suffered bruises on chest & knees. Both had emergency room treatment due to a lack of air bags.
