The right side seat belt will not engaged properly the seat belt failed to click in on it own. The driver has contacted the dealer for appointment. Please provide additional information.

All seat belts in the rear twisted and binded when going back into retractor. Two of the belts have become inoperable. Vehicle has been taken back to the dealership 10 times. Dealership was not able to correct the problem.
