Driving the vehicle during the heavy rain and noticed that defogging/defrosting of the windshield are not blowing the air on it from dashboard vents.visibility was very limited and have to use towel to clean the windshield so I can see where I'm going.make a stop and noticed that the air is only coming from vents to the floor and front not matter what the control is set to.was lucky to get home safely but do not want to experience this situation again.today drop car at GMC service where their found that mode door actuator is bad causing defogging/defrosting future on the car to be inoperative if it is not replaced.I think that is responsibility of GM to correct this problem for all owners of GMC Terrain who experience same problem at no cost to them for their safety and safety of all using public roads.
