My 2000 GMC has had a stalling issue from the day it was delivered. It has been in and out of the shop several times and the dealer has been unable to get it fixed. The dealer has told me they will replace a computer chip by Sept. 30, and hopefully it will solve the problem.. I will file a lemon law complaint to have the vehicle repurchased if it is not fixed by Sept. 30th. The dealer admits that there are "several" of these Yukon and pickups" that have this stalling problem, however, if they are aware of the problem, they are not making potential customers aware of the problem, perhaps that would hurt "their bottom line"!! also, these Yukon are sold with Firestone le tires, by reviewing the NHTSA website and some of the other customer complaints, I see there are several that had the tires blow, maybe there needs to be a check on these tires as well as the ones already recalled.( dot number: )
