I bought this car @ 333k miles and it actually ran great for me so this is more informational. I noticed roughly around 346k miles that I could hear a knocking sound when I was on the freeway going 70MPH. I thought it might be a piece of plastic flapping against something, but then noticed it more at lower speeds going uphill. It was odd as it wasn't load dependent. After thinking about it for a while I decided to change the fuel injector in case one was getting stuck because you can get a knock if a cylinder runs lean. I changed them all and the knock went away! I have also noticed this on a GMC Suburban with roughly 200k miles. I told the guy in a text when he decided not to sell the car, but he never responded. Damage can happen if you let stuff like that continue to occur and don't do anything about it.
