Yukon Denali 6.2L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 40,000 miles

Bad vibrations when approaching 80 mph.

Since I purchased this vehicle it has been having this problem. I brought it to a Firestone to get the tires balanced and an alignment as a first line of defense. Balanced tires and nothing improved. Couldn't perform alignment bc the control arm bolt was wallowed out. Replaced front suspension and control arms to accommodate the alignment. None of this fixed the problem.

Round 2, bring it to the dealership and they want to balance the tires. Explained what all was done... Now they say my rotors are so warped that its causing the shaking. I pulled the rotors and pads and put all new one on. That didn't work either. Then it was one of my rims was bent, ordered and installed that, guess what, no change.

Then it was the front tires again. proved them wrong on that account after taking the shop foreman for a ride to exceed 80 MPH. Now they think it a transmission and driveshaft mount busted. The story never ends with truck !!! Its had about 6 problems that I can think of in the last 14 months!! Its obviously a lemon but I have no recourse for that I don't believe.

Car dealerships like Nalley Jeep Buick in Brunswick Ga., only think about the money in the sale of the cars trucks SUVs they don't tell the customer about the defects of The vehicle that you're purchasing. I'm sure somewhere GMC told Nelly about the bad vibration and the electrical problem that the GMC 2017 Yukon is having they do not give your choice to purchase this vehicle when I woman as buying it. they take a vantage of people when a person don't know. I love GMC products because GMC is American-made I love America but I also work hard for my money and do not wish to get taken advantage of. I pay $63,500 cash upfront money for this truck and now when I take it in and let them know about the problems is having no one can tell me what's going on there trying to put it on something else in the truck like cheap gas or trying to say that I'm lying in other words I know this truck because I've been driving it since January 19,2017 which is now nine months I am very dissatisfied customer Nally would neither swap the vehicle out or return my money I did not go to a finance company nor did I finance it through Nelly company itself I am a woman I have family I have grandchildren that's old enough to drive my vehicle and if this electrical problem should shut off on my grandchildren or myself while we are driving on the highway or even around town I am going to get seriously hurt or my grandchildren or even the people that may end up in the reck with me Nalley along with the GMC company is going to have a lot of problems if this should happen. Nalley never gave me the choice or never told me about the problems this truck having and I feel like I was taking a vantage of . I should have given a choice and made that decision of my own free will to say yes or no to the problems with his truck was having. I was even given a loaner while they work on my truck and it did the same thing the bad vibration in did not have electrical problems as mind did as of yet. But the money I paid for this truck there shouldn't have been any problems with it. My resolution is to add to swap the trucks out evenly you give me another one and return my money as of now I would not Recommend this truck to anyone all I can say is I was given a bad deal this is why I rather buy a used truck or a used car from a personal person
