If you are considering this car for purchase beware that the brakes are not something an average person can do yourself and you will have to go to the dealer for most brake issues. Typical brake job for most other cars should be $200 or less this car the dealer get $850 in the Midwest, I can't imagine what they charge in the expensive cities? Accord years 1990 thru 1998 use these setups of the rotor and hub design, most other Hondas use the slip on rotor over axle design. I've replaced these twice and it's a real big pain. The rotor has to be separated from the hub and the hub has to be separated from the axle. Even early 1990 Fords had this problem fixed so I am not sure what the Japan folks were thinking in using this bad design. If you are a DIY person avoid this car as you will do nothing but make yourself mad at having to rely on the dealer for simple fixes with regards to the brakes!!!!
