My horn starts blowing while I am driving, this happens without me pushing the horn button(s). When this happens it deprograms the alarm system and the keyless remote entries for the alarm. Once I was driving and the door locks, locked and I had to push the locks up manually. I never know when the horn will sound or have long it will last. This car has 54,000 miles and runs fairly well. I brought the car new, from a Honda Dealer and has taken this car to the same Honda dealer for each and every maintenance and servicing. The dealer doesn't know what the problem is. Aside from the horn being annoying, I am worried about the care not starting since this may be related to the alarm system which is part of the electrical system. It is a factory feature of the Honda Accord Special Edition models.
