My Accord Coupe was recalled for a defect in the power front seat several years ago. Then in '07 the seat suddenly broke for no reason and it won't move forward anymore. It still tilts and goes up and down. A rod fell off and Honda put it back on, but said I needed a new motor. I can't remember what they would charge to fix it, but it was pricey. Sounds fishy to me. I'm suspecting they screwed it up when they did the recall and it took a while for it to fall off.
