Car severly overheated resulting in $ 1050.00 in repairs. Work has always been performed by the Honda dealership. Replaced all engine gaskets, head, valve cover, etc. New thermostat, radiator cap, hose, inspected and milled cylinder head, etc. The list goes on and on. No known reason for the car to over geat was found, nada, zip, nothing. Mechanic found a possible cause was a defective radiator fill neck where the radiator cap gasket meets the radiator fill neck. The neck is incorrectly shaped allowing improper sealing of the coolant system. This appears to me a factory part defect and should be covered by the Honda Motor Manufacturing Company and whatever the mileage. Some reimbursement would be appreciated even though the car has 155k on it. Any suggestions? Thanks for lending an ear., Tony
