Had a recall on my 2002 Honda Accord. Asked Honda to replace 2 indicator lights on dash board with no charge to me, since my vehicle is 12 years old and now a recall. It was a minimal cost to me if I paid for that but felt Honda should approve this minimal fix. Service Adviser Yvette Robles was very very rude when I brought in vehicle and not very informative.
When I came back to pick up Honda, she was even more rude to me and not helpful. She said she called Honda recall center but didn't know the name of the person she spoke to and didn't even know if male or female. That tells me she didn't go that extra mile for a customer and might not have called to begin with. I spoke to her boss (can't remember his name) and he was definitely more rude than Yvette. Do not go to Cathedral City Honda, Honda of the Desert ever! I want Honda to know how rude those employees are and drive away customers.
