August 21, 08, I had sudden and complete failure on my 2004 Accord window wipers in the middle of tropical storm fay. This was a complete surprise and very dangerous situation while driving in rainfall. I was unable to have repairs done until the next day. Honda did not have a recall on this year model but of course did for the 2003.
