The contact owns a 2004 Honda Accord. While driving 45 mph, the air bag warning light illuminated when the consumer hit a bump in the road. The vehicle was serviced under NHTSA campaign number: 14V700000 (air bags), but the remedy failed. The contact mentioned that the air bag warning light continued to illuminate after the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 157,247. Also, the battery was replaced and there was an issue with the driver's side seat belt buckle. Updated 10/26/15.....updated 11/02/15...updated 03/19/18... consumer stated faulty cable reel replaced per ahm updated 05/16/18
