This issue was at the dealer 4 times before it was successfuly fixed. First they tucked it back under trim; twice, that lasted for about a month each time, then they replaced the carpet that lasted about 2 months, finally they called corporate and removed the carpeting again, installed padding in back seat and screwed in carpet to floor.
