There is a slight water leak in the top of the glove compartment when you open up the compartment. It is not a constant water leak, not even a drip, drip. It is more like just wetness to the touch with water showing on your finger tips when you place them into the top of the open glove compartment. We run the air conditioning a lot and this occurred when we were in Orlando, Fla. It had rained often, so I don't know if it is coming from a leak around the windshield ( never had a problem with the windshield at all) or if it is because of the air conditioning, maybe some sort of drain blockage. I took it to the Honda Dealership (Hendrick Honda in Charlotte, NC) and they want to do a water test (for $45 an hour) and then me pay to have it fixed. This is a new car supposed to be Hendrick Certified that we have had for only about 1 1/2 years (used bought at 16K miles). I own two other Honda Accords and never had the problem with either of them (2002 V6 Coup, and 2003 4 cyl Coup). I am pissed that this car is already having problems. I am wondering if anyone else has had this same problem or if this is a manufacturer problem. Honda dealer said they had not had any complaints. Well they have one now. Thanks for the help.
