Honda Rosenthal of Fairfax, VA lived up to its reputation of ripping off consumers. Wanted to charge me $1300 to replace 2 allegedly defective tires and 1 rim. Renegotiated to 1000 but knew I was ripped off. Was told I could not drive car off lot because the car presented an inherit danger which was not true. Watched while men were given 25 percent discounts on service while I as a woman was given a 10 percent discount. Overall, will never go there again and would recommend anyone else not to go there, too.
