wobbling noise , left front, most noticeable over 40 mph

Seems to be a all too common issue with this series of Honda Accords. What is Honda doing for their loyal customers? This is our forth Honda but maybe our last!

Has the NHTSB another watchdog groups sounded off about this defect?
