rear main engine seal leaking oil

Dealer wiped off evidence and was rude-even yelling at us. When we went back and opened plastic cover at bottom of engine/transmission put my pinkies under flywheel and pulled out oil on both fingers. Service advisor and mechanic walked away. Need to see where it is leaking. Well if it is red then transmission, in this case brown so it must be rear main seal improperly installed at factory. Will never buy even parts here-will go to a good dealer who is not lazy to fix and honor warranty. You think i want someone to drop my transmission on my new $30K car for a $20 seal if it does not need it. Who knows what they will screw up while in there.
