The contact stated that while attempting to park the vehicle the accelerator pedal became stuck causing the vehicle to experience unintended acceleration and crashed into a building causing the airbag to deploy. No injuries were reported and no police report was taken. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The local dealer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 100,000. Invalid VIN.
