I noticed the paint on my hood, roof, driver's side door was chipping. I went to the dealership and showed them. The manager, Anthony Vala, took photos in August and told me that I need to speak to Honda Customer Service. I received a call from Marion at 800-999-1009 x 117737 and told her my problem. She called me again about 30 days from when I first spoke to her and said she didn't have any photos? I told her to get in touch with Tony Vala at Hackettstown Honda, he took the photos. She called back and said she got the photos.

She sent me a letter in the mail 9/5/14 saying she would like to speak to me to obtain more information about your concerns with the vehicle but unfortunately the phone number on file does not have a VM box set up (my electric at my house was out that is why the VM wasn't set up that day). "In order to address your concerns, please contact me within 10 days from the date of this letter. Otherwise we will consider this matter resolved." I left many messages telling her to give me a call on my cell phone. I called Marion on 9/12/14 at 3pm, again on 9/16/14 telling her the matter is not resolved. I must say that I am not impressed with Marion as a Customer Service Rep. I have left 10 phone calls and told her to call me on my cell so I can get resolution on my car. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MARION IN OVER A MONTH AND I HAVE LEFT ABOUT 10 MESSAGES TO PLEASE CONTACT ME! 10/16/14 Binnie
