The contact owns a 2013 Honda Accord. The contact stated that the steering column was difficult to maneuver and needed excessive effort to operate while being operated at 15 mph. The failure occurred without warning. Greenwich Honda (289 mason St, greenwich, ct) diagnosed that the power steering rack was defective and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
