I called the dealer to return the vehicle and he claims they are fixing it by replacing the battery. I said "That won't work". The dealer said we have people in front of you and they will call me when ready, This falls under the CA Lemon Law, I believe and unlawful for used car dealers to sell any car with an electrical issue per HONDA dealership who I consulted about the code from the OBDII which was code 61-11. I DO NOT WANT THIS CAR!!! I PUT A $2500.00 DEPOSIT DOWN AND I BELIEVE I DESERVE A FULL REFUND WITHOUT ANY FEES DEDUCTED. as there are even More issues I am submitting.
