The contact owns a 2014 Honda Accord. The contact stated while his father shifted the gear from park to drive, the vehicle accelerated at extreme speed without any warning, causing the vehicle to crash into the curb and two other vehicles, causing front-ended damages to the vehicle. The air bags deployed. The contact-€™s father was not injured but the passenger was injured and sought medical attention. No one else was injured. The contact was unsure if a police report was filed. The vehicle was deemed a total loss. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was unknown.
