2018 Honda Accord. Consumer writes in regards to issue with steering. The conusmer stated when fully rotating the steering wheel clockwise, the vehicle would not move forward or backward without added acceleration. The dealer stated the vehicle was operating as designed. The consumer received a second opinion. The consumer was advised there was damaged to the right wheel causing the tire to rub against the brake fluid line.
