Accord

The contact owns a 2022 Honda Accord. The contact stated that an abnormal, rattling noise was coming from the rear end of the vehicle while depressing the brake pedal. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. Over time, the failure worsened with an abnormal, screeching sound coming from the brake pedal. Additionally, there were several brake related messages on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer on multiple occasions and the contact was given the same information each time. The contact attempted to reach out to the manufacturer but was placed on an indefinite hold. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
