The brake rotor on my Honda CRV 2005 is defective. It looks like steel is not carbonated evenly and there a some pieces that do not wear off. Those peaces are beating on the break pads and are the reason for a safety concern. I took car to Honda, but was given some absurd diagnoses, I.e. rear disks have rust marks on them, due to low mileage. Fyi: My car has 16,000 miles on it. I spoke with the management, but they refused to take a closer look at it. I have a picture of the defect for your review.
