No heat? The blower works? This is a common problem on the CR-V after the A/C compressor is replaced. Simply did-it-myself by reaching under the driver side dash and disconnecting and then reconnecting the only electrical connector in sight. Look to the right of the steering wheel. The heat will magically start to pour out the vents like it once did.

This winter the heater had this odd noise coming. If we increase the fan, the noise would be louder. At the same time the heating was less effective. Our mechanic said it was the Heater Blower Motor. Luckily the part at the dealership was cheaper compared to used parts. Overall not a big cost!
