Audio system does not display folder names as indicated in owners manual. The system operates the same on all 2010 CRV models and always fails in the same way. American Honda motor co., Inc. Will not escalate the issue to resolve it. This problem is commensurate with distracted driving practices. The doj has recommended this issue be handled by usdot and/or fbi as it involves fraudulent means to acquire customers. The issue: The audio system will not display all of the folder names (up to 700) on a flash drive as indicated in the owners manual, page 243.
