The contact owns a 2010 Honda CRV. When the contact started the ignition, the front passenger side air bag warning indicator illuminated. The warning indicator would illuminate until the engine was turned off. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for diagnostic testing. The technician stated that the failure was contributed to the air bag sensor. The part was unavailable and on back order. The contact had concern of the uncertainty of the arrival date for the part and the safety risk involved. The failure mileage was 120. The VIN was unavailable.
