The contact owns a 2010 Honda CR-V. while driving at an unknown speed, the contact rear ended another vehicle due to the sun glare through the windshield, the contact sustained chest injuries that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot. The contact also stated that the seat belt failed to retract.
