The brand new Honda's safety features do not work. Also, the ceiling leaks when it rains. The mileage on the car is from going back and forth to the dealer (PC AutoMall, Port Charlotte, FL) without repairs ever made. When I call Honda corporate, they say there is nothing they will do. They also interrupt, talk over me, and are extremely rude & unprofessional. That is unacceptable, so I keep calling back. So, while I am making payments on a brand new Honda that I can't drive because it is UNSAFE and it rains INSIDE the vehicle, they BULLY ME and tell me they are going to charge me with harrassment because I keep calling. Hahahahaha! As an emergency flight nurse working along side police, I can just see how the police will investigate Honda's claims when I show them my LEMON vehicle. Hell, they'll start calling Honda for me! HONDA DOESN'T HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAVE BULLIES!

4/24/12 Picked up new vehicle at Midlands Honda, Columbia, SC 5/14/12 Brought vehicle back with interior leaks - service dept. fixed factory defective moon roof drain (did nothing about stains on headliner). 5/1512 Brought vehicle back, talked with Service Manager at Midlands Honda re damage to interior, agreed to replace headliner 5/31/12 Brought vehicle back, headliner replaced, sun visor on drivers side falls off (held only by small wires) on the way home from service. 6/1/12 Brought vehicle back to have sun visor re-attached. This took 1.5 hours for some reason and of course left evidence of working on the headliner in that area. 6/5/12 Turned radio on to discover that the antenna is most probably not hooked up. The radio works but will not find any stations on a scan and manual tuning to a station causes the signal to fade in and out constantly. The radio worked fine prior to replacing the headliner.

Vehicle is now scheduled to come back on Monday, 6/11 to fix radio.

This is beyond ridiculous! How would you feel if you bought a brand new vehicle and had this experience?
