paint is chipping off paint is chipping off

I bought new 2015 Honda CRV thru Mclarty Honda (Authorized dealer) in Little Rock Arkansas. It has currently 44000 miles. Recently I noticed that Paint is peeling off from the top part of trunk door just below the brake lights.

Contacted the Dealer he advised me to get an estimate from Authorized body shop. Now the dealer is asking me to pay 10% of the cost and they will pay 90% which I do not agree as this is a manufacturing defect and not simply wear and tear. The body shop has given an initial estimate and have confirmed this may go higher once the repair is complete I am not sure what that 10% be after the repair.

Paint is falling off in large chunks, revealing the gray metal underneath. This is occurring along the top edge of the back window. Honda says it's not covered under any warranty

A few months ago I had someone back into my left corner back bumper. No digs but they scraped the paint. I bought touch up and it was really dark even though it was supposed to be the correct color. I touched it up. But since then I noticed the paint peel is spreading. I've also notice paint chipping off all over the back bumper. An yesterday I saw that the paint is peeling off the front right corner panel. It doesn't look like anyone had hit me. It just looks like the paint is literally falling off the car. I've never had anything like this with past cars. I've only had it six months and it looks like hell. I can't imagine what it will look like after two years.

Paint on the hood has dings from a few pebbles. Why would the put a dark primer on a white car. The paint shouldn't come off with a dig. A bug deflector should be standard to deflect a pebble.

I have 6 paint chips down to the metal on my brand new 2015 Honda CRV.

Update from Jan 4, 2016: I brought this to the to my dealer today, Brad Barker Honda in Bloomington, Illinois. They said it was all from rocks. I replied that it must have been bricks. I am not satisfied with the response.

After just a normal drive to a major city 3 hours away, the paint all over the front of my car is chipped right down to the metal! I didn't drive by any trucks carrying rocks. There was sand on the road to help with snow traction and ice. But nothing outside the ordinary road crud. The paint is extremely easy to chip...now I have rust concerns. Not to mention my brand new car looks awful.
