While driving, the Emergency Brake light comes on and a system message that reads "Catastrophic failure. Pull vehicle over when safe" appears on the information display. When this happens, it feels like the Parking Brake is engaged. Pressing the Parking Brake OFF button resolves the problem each time it happens.
