The contact owns a 2018 Honda CR-V. The contact stated while starting the vehicle, there were several unknown warning lights and other symbols illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and the vehicle was diagnosed and it was determined that the fuel injectors had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 104,000.
