I went to Galpin Honda to drop the car and ask for a loaner car and they don't want to help me. I left the car Friday 22nd at 5:00pm. I called Saturday and today 5/28/2019 and they don't have an answer on my vehicle. I called my sales person and shared with him they way I was treated at Galping and he doesn't care.
I'm unhappy the way service department of Gaping Honda is handling this issue. I called the person in charge of my vehicle and looks like careless.
This is my second CRV both never had before such bad service from Galpin Honda.
I have only 260 miles in my CRV. It is really bad the way they want your money, but they don't want to help when you have issues.
