tumbling sound from front suspension tumbling sound from front suspension

Sir ,

I bought my car 1 1/2 year before on 2010, it is good and I love my vehicle very much, but two weeks before the tumbling sound was being coming from the front-left side suspension. I took my car to the service station in Chennai because there is no service station in Pondicherry recently (it was been closed) this itself is the big disappoint to me.

In Chennai services station (sundram Honda) they spot out that STEERING GEAR BOX assemble (rack & pinion) has been damaged(owned-out).

When I was asking asking for the warranty , they were just blabbering and saying that rat had bitten the steering gear boot so that it won’t cover warranty .

I wonder how rat had bitten specifically the steering gear boot, that also on both (right-left) side boot, living the other 100’s of rubbers.

The dealer (sundrum Honda) had just ignored this in order to charge money for the spare & service. And i don't known weather this instruction was given by Honda , this will create a bad name to Honda.

If it is so then what is the use of warranty.

they also included that break shoe & disk had also been owned-out, another important thing is that it had used only 20,000 kms & i cannot even digest it.

Please take necessary step on the dealer for misguiding & solve my problem as soon as possible.

Thanking you, Sadish kumar.s
