The right steering arm was rusted and broken at the base, which caused injury and dam near killed my entire family. My wife was four month pregnant. I am requesting $250,000 for punitive damages and injuries substained by wife, infant daughter, and unborn child. The Honda Corp. Defective vehicle caused this accident on 08/18/00 and Honda replaced a defective transmission on the vehicle several months earlier. The vehicle wasn't safe (lemon) and Honda should be held accountable.
