Water leaks between my door panels and onto the door jam. My car often smells musty. Now my power lock doesn't work.

Im not sure how but the carpet under the drivers side is constantly wet, under the floor mats event in the summer when it hasn't rained in sometime I checked under the car and couldn't find any blatant rust or holes. But without fail it is always soaked.
