Carmax basically shoved a piece of paper to hold up the passenger side laundry hook and it eventually fell out. They will not fix it as it is not covered by their warranty. Still, the hook fell out which is a Honda flaw.

The Laundry hook in my 2008 Honda Civic had to be replaced, It just fell down and wouldn't stay up.
